My first time at simply crepes - I was really craving a breakfast crepe and I don't visit Lafayette Village nearly as often even though it's so convenient in North Raleigh. Tons of good parking in this area but it is busy basically all the time. I started with the iced shaken espresso latte which was pretty good. Then we got the beignets, which oh my gosh, these are the best beignets I've had outside of New Orleans. Well worth $10. I was debating between the crepe Madam (like a Croque madam) and the huevos rancheros. I ended up going with the huevos rancheros even though I was skeptical of the pork. I was pleasantly surprised! The pork was seasoned well. Personally, I would not have minded if it was a little spicy but I get needing to appeal to all palettes. I will definitely try the crepe madam next time. We sat outside, which was nice, and our server was very attentive. Overall, around $35 for an iced coffee, half an app, and a hearty breakfast crepe, which I think is extremely reasonable for Raleigh.

The food and drinks are delicious. The hot chai tea latte was the best chai latte I've ever had. Very sweet. The crepe madam was delicious. The bacon jam sauce is the perfect sauce with it. Lots of flavor and very filling. The hash browns were different in a good way. Filled with lots of hash and the sour cream is a great topping with it. Service was okay, our dishes were sitting on the counter cooked and ready for quite a while until someone who wasn't our server eventually brought them over. Otherwise, food was amazing. Highly recommend those dishes.

Our waitress Hannah, was so attentive and accommodating to our needs for a kids crepe. Allowed us to change the PB&J crepe on the child's menu to a Nutella and Bananas Crepe. The food was incredible. We will definitely return here again.

Tucked away in a cute little village of resturants and shops, Simply crepes was phenomenal. My Sorority sister and I enjoyed our mimosa flights. I loved my French toast and would absolutely return here if I was ever in the are.

Easy parking, great place for brunch. Service is good. The ambiance is great and their dishes were great! Loved the egg an ham crepe! Very good mimosas and coffee. They can improve their checkin. Even when we were called to be seated, we had to keep waiting. It was chaos on their entrance.

Went here for brunch. The menu is quite varied and it was hard to choose. I chose to have the breakfast tacos which were three mini crepes with scrambled eggs, cheddar, apple wood bacon, and bourbon apricot hot honey. The eggs were done perfectly and the bacon was very flavorful. The bourbon apricot honey on top gave a nice contrast to the salty bacon.

Visited the place again on the 13th of July after a nice brunch at Vinos Finos (see my separate review - also in Yelp). And this time I had an all-day cocktail (a white peach sangria - a delicious A grade) and their bananas and creme crepe - also a strong A. Strongly recommend their crepes. Seriously good stuff.

Came here for brunch on a Friday afternoon and it was half off flights day. My friend and I both got the mimosa flight which came with 4 different flavors; strawberry, orange, mango and raspberry, all delicious. We also got the breakfast tacos which were light and good. And last but not least a lavender mimosa to end the meal. I will say our server was nice and friendly but you could tell they were a bit short staffed in there and our drinks took awhile.

Our server was great and so was the food! We were blown away! The flavors were amazing! Can't wait to go back!
